MY SCHEDULE:

I am available for appointments from 8:30 AM - 7:00 PM on Monday, Wednesday, and Sunday, and from 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM on Thursday.  My office is in Great Wave Acupuncture at 2760 29th Street, Suite 1C in Boulder.  This is on 29th Street between Mapleton and Valmont, just across the street from RallySport.  There is plenty of parking available!

NOTE:  If this is the first time that you are visiting, please download and fill out a Client Information/Health History Form.  Your first visit will include a 15-minute complimentary intake, so that we can discuss your health history, answer any questions that you might have, and formulate a treatment plan.
